Scouting Notes:Southpaw on the bump with an easier/smoother delivery. Arm is clean/fastball works downhill. Expect more velocity as he continues to develop physically. Spins a nice wrinkle of a breaking ball that has some down action as it enters the zone. Strike thrower with solid feel for the zone. Impressive feel for spin, tossing a heavy dose of his two breaking balls.
Fastball:72-74 mph.
Fastball Spin Rate:1542-1745
Curveball:CB: 57-59 mph, SL: 68-70 mph.

Body Type: 5-foot 9, 155-pound slim, athletic projectable frame. Mechanical/Delivery Notes: The southpaw prospect has good feel for his body as he works through a slow tempo delivery. Work primarily from the stretch utilizing a low back leg drive into a fall off delivery. High and tight arm action with a quick release to the plate. Fastball: Above average command with lower spin efficiency resulting in a cutting action into righties. Stays somewhat true through the zone and has good feel for the primary offering. 1500-1700 rpms with average spin rate in the low 90s. Curveball: The southpaw spins off a break at a 2/8 break. With late break, the gradual break compliments the fastball well with above average command. Pitchability: Projectable, two above average offerings with room for a lot of growth in frame and pitch development.
Body Type: 5-foot-9, 155-pound thin and athletic frame.
Swing Mechanics: Smooth toe tap load while his hands stay loaded.
Hit: Level bat path that works to the middle of the field. Loose hands that stay inside the baseball well.
Power: Line drive guy who just needs to develop, and pop will come.
Offensive Projection: Top of the lineup guy. Field: In the outfield he plays under control with smooth, fluid footwork. Slows tempo a bit at fielding to ensure ball security. Throw: 3/4 left-hander with loose arm action that should add strength with maturity. Defensive Projection: TBD.
