Brayden Schmittou: SS/3B, (2026) Batavia, OH. 5-foot-10, 150-pound athletic build. (71.0 mph bat speed average). (20.4 mph hand speed average). Begins in a quiet balanced stance with a high load, then uses a small leg kick. Had a short uphill swing plane, quick explosive bat speed and good extension on his finish. Found lots of barrels with tons of loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Confident advanced in the infield, had a live arm with throws that topped out at 88 mph; has a clean natural exchange, smooth in control feet, and soft sure hands. Advanced in the outfield, he used momentum and arm strength to record throws up to 89 mph;showed rhythmic in control feet, a clean fluid exchange, and next level consistent hands. Fielded the ball out front with athletic quick movement laterally. Used a short very quick arm action with uninterrupted slot while showing consistent accuracy to the base. Showed his athleticism during the event with a sub-seven 60 time of 6.77. (Max spin ; Avg ).
