Physically mature for his age at 5-foot-11, 215-pounds. On the mound the righty has a slower tempo to a delivery that requires minimal effort. His low ¾ slot puts natural run on his 61-65 mph fastball. Curveball has a slurvy shape with gradual break at 53-55 mph. Also mixed in a changeup near fastball armspeed at 55-56 mph. At the plate he goes with a simple approach to let his strength go to work. Minimal load, and takes a slightly uphill path to the ball. Registered a top exit velocity of 80 mph and ran an 8.69 60-yard dash. In the infield he showed conidence in his glove with the ability to make plays on the move. Will need to work on playing through the baseball as he tends to field on his heels. Threw across the infield with 64 mph arm strength.
