A two-way prospect with a 6-foot, 165-pound frame. On the mound he has smooth rhythm to a delivery that requires little effort. Mechanically efficient and does a nice job creating momentum with his lower half. Showed quickness to his arm while working through a high-¾ slot. Was able to keep his fastball down in the zone while sitting 78-80 mph. His best off speed pitch was his 11/5 shaped curveball that showed sharp break and solid depth. Also mixed in a sinking changeup near fastball arm speed. At the plate he starts in a balanced setup and keeps his hands simple during his stride forward. Bat path is flat and he showed solid strength through contact. Would be aided by a more efficient lower half. Worked well to the middle of the field and reached a top exit velocity of 70 mph. In the infield he threw across the diamond with 70 mph arm strength. Tends to field the ball from his heels with adequate glove skills. Does a nice job gaining ground to first base prior to throwing.
