(21.0 mph hand speed average). Starts in a balanced athletic stance with a controlled load, then uses a quick stride. Has a loose uphill swing plane, quick bat speed and balanced finish. Solid while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 84 mph; showed a natural exchange, consistent feet, and soft hands. Solid from the outfield, his best throws to the bases were registered at 84 mph; has consistent feet, a clean exchange, and sure hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Had a high ¾ slot with a loose arm action. On the mound, had a loose clean arm action and a high ¾ arm angle with some arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows easy effort. Produced a fastball that came in at 79-80 mph. Has running action. (Max spin 1705; Avg 1517). He has slight action on his changeup (74-75). His 2/8 slider (70-74) has late action. Ran a 4.30 30 yard dash.
