Jacob Boland: RHP/OF, (2024) Fairfield, OH. 6-foot-4, 200-pound. Solid on the mound, showed consistent arm speed, he had a loose arm action with a high ¾ arm angle. Tall-and-fall type pitcher who shows some effort. He has downhill shoulders and a tall balance point. Had slight running action. (Max spin 1976; Avg 1857). Shows a 11/5 curveball with gradual action. (Max spin 1983; Avg 1967).
Jacob Boland: RHP/OF, (2024) Fairfield, OH. 6-foot-3, 175-pound. In the box, the right-handed hitter clocked an exit velocity of 90 mph. (66.0 mph bat speed average). (21.1 mph hand speed average). Starts in a balanced athletic stance with a controlled load, then uses a quick stride. Bat speed was present, displayed a short simple swing plane and good extension on his finish.
