Body Type: 6-foot-2, 165-pound prospect.
Hit: Simple stroke. Long lever type who is a bit stronger than he is fast with his hands. Natural ball flight to the middle of field. Path plays.
Power: 89 mph off the bat in BP.
Offensive Projection: Middle potential.
Field: Ideal catcher’s frame. Moves well back there with flexibility to hips. Average catch/throw abilities.
Throw: Tossed it with 70 mph arm strength to second base.
Defensive Projection: C.

Body Type: 6-foot-2 160-pound prospect with a projectable frame.
Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Slow tempo through a big lift, good direction down the mound. Soft at foot contact and falls off to first base side. Uses a short arm action working through a ¾ slot.
Fastball: 68-72 mph fastball that has some natural sink.
Curveball: 59-60 mph breaking ball shows developing depth with slurve shape.
Changeup: 65-67 mph changeup is thrown with deceptive arm action showing regular late fade.
Pitchability: Did a nice job working the fastball at the bottom of the zone taking advantage of his natural sink. Showed feel for both secondary offerings. Solid three pitch mix for the 2020 grad.
Role:

Body Type: 6-foot-2 160-pound prospect with a projectable frame.
Swing Mechanics: Balanced stance followed by a short stride for timing. Hands show minimal back load before launch.
Hit: Slightly downhill stroke that stays compact through the zone. Easy stroke with linear hands and rotational lower half. Showed feel for the barrel and the ability to use all fields.
Power: 74 mph exit velocity. Lined drive guy with more to come.
Offensive Projection: Multiple Roles.
Run: 7.7 60-yard dash.
Field: Versatile defender that worked out in multiple spots. Creates angles over at third base with soft hands and fluid actions. In the outfield his athleticism shows while playing with above average ball skills. Arm plays up out there.
Throw: Tossed it across the infield with 71 mph arm strength and threw it to home plate with 76 mph arm strength.
Defensive Projection: Corner INF/OF.
