The 6-foot-3, 190-pound right handed pitcher from the 2020 class shows athleticism on the mound while still room to develop. Slower paced delivery that requires moderate effort. Leg lift is easy and gets to a good balance point before using a drop and reach style to active the lower half. Delivery is very clean mechanically including a long, loose arm action. Works through a near over the top arm slot with his 78-81 mph fastball. Curveball is near 12/6 with gradual break at 71-72 mph. Also, showed a more advanced feel for a change up at 74-75 mph with occasional fade. Two-way prospect. A physical bat who can swing from both sides. Launches from a balanced setup, tang a nice/level path to contact. Offers both strength and speed through the zone. Ball jumps off barrel, showng run producer type traits. Loos to be slightly more clean from the right side.

6-foot-3, 185 pound strong, athletic switch hitter displayed great power from both sides of the plate. Fires lower half well generating good positive energy in his attack on pitches. Ryan’s right side swing is more level and hit 91 on the gun for exit velocity where the left side is a smooth, uphill path producing an 85 mph exit velocity. Great footwork in the infield taking good angles and getting rid of the ball quickly at 78 mph across the diamond. Hands were soft and comes through the ball very well leading to accurate throws. Highly talented player with a variety of tools. On the mound, the right handed pitcher displays an advanced delivery with evident arm speed. Throws through a high 3/4, near over the top slot. High effort type delivery. Fastball offers good arm-side run while sitting between 81-83 mph. Breaking ball is his best offspeed pitch as it features sharp break through an 11/5 plane; sits 69-71 mph. Also mixes in a 71-72 mph changeup that he consistently locates.

On the mound the right-hander has a very projectable frame with room to fill out. Works through a near over the top slot and offers a fastball, breaking ball combo. Arm is relatively clean with above average arm speed. Fastball sat 79-83 mph with more to come. Spins a big, breaking 12/6 curveball at 66-69 mph. Froze hitters and consistently produced swing and misses with the pitch. Mixed in a changeup, near fastball arm speed at 76-77 mph. At the plate he is a righty swinger that starts in a balanced setup. Has some rawness to him mechanically but natural tools are advanced. Ball jumps off his bat, showing advanced pop for his age. Middle of the lienup type guy with power potential. In the infield he has an ideal frame for a corner infield. Moves well laterally and has a quick first step. Glove skills are developing. Has enough arm to stay on the left side.

Works through a high ¾ arm slot with short arm action while using a high effort delivery. Fastball consistently displays natural arm-side run at 76-79 mph. His 67-69 mph breaking ball shows some sharpness in 11/5 break. Also mixes in a 70 mph changeup. A switch hitter that has a similar loading sequence from both sides. Looks to have a legitimate shot at hitting from both sides of the plate. Had more raw power from the right side but was more consistent from the left. Reached a top exit velocity of 85 mph. In the infield his best attribute is his arm strength as he threw across the infield with impressive, 77 mph arm strength. Has quickness to his footwork with above average glove skills. Could play lower. Ran a 7.59, 60-yard dash.
