Began in a tall open stance with a wrapping controlled load, then used a closed stride. Bat speed is developing, uses a level swing plane and balanced finish. Gap to gap approach. In the infield, his position velocity was registered at 68 mph. In the 60-yard dash, he clocked a time of 7.82. Confident athletic on the mound, used a quick compact arm action and a high ¾ arm angle while showing developing arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows some effort.
