Begins in a balanced stance with a smooth compact load, then uses a controlled stride. Has a loose swing plane, explosive bat speed and good extension on his finish. During his round he produced tons of loud contact and found lots of barrels. Gap to gap approach. Smooth advanced showed his live arm in the infield with position velocities up to 90 mph; had sure hands, a twitchy exchange, and athletic in control footwork. Fielded the ball out front with quick movement laterally. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a short very quick arm action with athletic slot. Performed well in the 60-yard dash, clocking a speedy time of 6.78.
