Begins in an open wide stance with a quick compact load, then uses a short leg kick. Has a simple level swing plane, quick bat speed and good extension on his finish. From the outfield, he displayed a position velocity of 78 mph; has a quick fluid exchange, smooth consistent feet, and sure soft hands. Projectable on the mound, used a quick loose arm action and an over-the-top arm angle while showing good arm speed. Tall-and-fall type pitcher who uses some effort.
