Starts in a balanced stance with a smooth load, then uses a controlled quick stride. Bat speed was developing, displayed a flat short swing plane and balanced finish. Up the middle approach. While in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 70 mph. Recorded an outfield position velocity of 83 mph. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.27. Athletic fluid on the mound, showing quick arm speed he used a short arm action with an over-the-top arm angle. Tilt-and-topple type pitcher who uses some effort.
