Hit: Obvious physicality in the box for class. Goes with a bat tip up top during quiet load to hands. Showed developing tools through the zone. Was at his best when he stayed inside the baseball. Much more to come from theis young bat. Power: Above average jump for class. Offensive Projection: Middle ceiling. Max BP Exit: 74mph. Max BP Distance: 245ft. Field: First baseman with smoother actions off the bag. Ball skills are solid and he looks comfortable at the spot. Throw: Potential to be above average. Defensive Projection: 1B.
Scouting Notes: Very physical, athletic look on the mound for such a young prospect. Slower tempo delivery with tall/fall actions down the hill. Fastball comes in on a downhill plane with breaking ball showing near 12/6 action. Definitely a follow and expect his stock to continue to improve as physical maturation takes its course.
