6-foot-1, 195-pound strong, athletic frame. On the mound the right-hander has smooth rhythm to a delivery that requires some effort. Tilts his shoulders for leverage and creates efficient momentum with his lower half. Arm is quick and arm action is short. Working through a high-¾ slot his fastball sat 78-82 mph. Also flashed a 10/4 shaped breaking ball that was sharp at 69-70 mph. A two-way prospect that ran a 7.54 60-yard dash. At the plate he starts in a tall setup prior to taking his hands back during his short stride forward. A strong kid with impressive bat speed. Consistently was on time but uphill path caused inconsistent contact. A flatter path would unlock the power potential that’s in there. Was at his best when he worked the opposite field gap. Top exit velocity was 94 mph. In the infield he has adequate glove skills and showed quickness to his transfer. Tends to play from heels. Threw across the infield with 76 mph arm strength.
