5-foot-8, 185-pound catcher with stocky, compact frame that can see strength gains in the future. Ran a 5.00 from home to first and a 5.86 in the 40-yard dash. Offensively, starts with weight on backside, slightly open and hands back. Leg kick to get it going, stays online with lower half, hands stay direct to ball. Likes to pull with more power to the pull side. Exit velocity was 76 mph. Defensively, good rhythm behind the plate. Transfer was clean and smooth. Arm was short from a ¾ arm slot. Pop time was 2.30 and velocity down to second was clocked at 65 mph. Showed hands have improved receiving, needs to continue to work on arm strength. Much better from when we saw Alex in October.

5-foot-8, 185-pound stocky frame with room for added development. Behind the plate, 2.28 best pop time. Threw from ¾ slot, direction was good towards bag, velocity from home-to-second was 66 mph. At the plate, hits from even stance with slight knee bend. Leg kick to load with short swing on ball. Exit velocity was 76 mph, 40 time was 5.70.
