5-foot-7, 140-pound 2018 grad with plenty of time to grow. At the plate, hands start even, lots of weight on his back leg but doesn’t transfer it through to the front side. Uses double toe-tap, drops the barrell well, punched in a 63 mph exit velocity. On the mound shows some promise, releases from ¾ arm slot, fastball clocked up to 74 mph. Panetta is young and will continue to progress with age and repetitions.
