6/12/18 Defensively, Plays ball at it's height. Would benefit from being more decisive in reads as well as getting behind and playing through ball in the air.
Offensively, initiates swing from neutral set up with heel raise and no stride. Barrel feel and athleticism allowed for squaring of multiple balls in round of BP. Bat wrap creates length. There is early front knee lock and limited backside release. A bat exit velocity of 74 mph was recorded.
On the mound, works out of high 3/4 arm slot with low effort repeatable delivery. Arm action is long and loose. FB at 77-79 mph shows consistent late arm side run. CB sat 63-67 with 1-7 shape and sharp, late break. CH sat 70 mph with consistent arm side fade and was thrown with subtle slowing of arm. Mechanically, would benefit from driving over a firmer font side as well as connecting glove hand/elbow directly to front hip.
