Physical: Projectable, athletic 6-foot-1, 190lb frame with a solid ceiling. 7.25 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Wide, even stance with the knob tilted towards the catcher to start. Utilized a leg-lift stride coupled with a barrel-tip at the top of the load to initiate a high-intent path into the zone. Created good separation on the approach, yielding 70+ mph bat-speed and good rotational strength in the box. Recorded a 332 foot batted ball distance at his peak with an 88 mph bat-exit velocity showing obvious middle of the order trajectory down the road. Maintained control of the front of the plate with leverage at times to pull, evidenced by an 86% sweet spot rate.
Defensively: The primary shortstop featured solid footwork, beating the ball to the spot with momentum to the target. Stayed low under the hips and let the eyes play close to the ground, reading hops well at the point of attack. Notched a 72 mph arm-strength that focused more on pace at this look.
Physical: 6-foot, 190LBS. 7.75SEC 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Wide base. Hands begin high and produce a slightly down attack angle. Has some barrel whip into the hitting zone. Quick up and down stride. Hits into a firm front side. Shows the ability to drive the ball out front. Generates some torque during the load and shows quality rotational acceleration per Blast Motion
Defensively: SS. Chest angle stays vertical up until he gets into fielding position. Utilizes multiple shuffles during the exchange and releases from a low 3/4 arm slot. 68MPH throwing velocity across the diamond.
