Physical: Wiry, slender 6-foot-2, 160-pound build. 7.45 runner in the 60YD.
Offensively: RHH. Spread, even stance with hands lower and out over the plate. Utilized a short lift-and-replace stride to initiate his swing through a flat path into the hitting zone. Showed some feel for the middle of the field, up to a T81MPH EV via Trackman. Repeatedly lofted the ball at a 55% rate towards a shallow finish.
Defensively: The OF featured developing footwork, charging from behind with length to his step. Gathered off of the left side of his body and notched a 66MPH positional arm out of a H ¾ slot. More to come.
Pitching: RHP. Far left corner setup; momentum-gaining pace to the delivery with a hard move across the frame. Pitched at 71-73MPH on the FB; arm-side run, mixing a short low-60’s CB for Ks and a commanded 65-66MPH straight-CH.
