The right-handed hitter has a balanced setup with a simple swing and short hand path allows him to get the barrel in front and extend through contact. Slight leg-kick allows him to generate some leverage at contact with an exit velocity of 84 mph off the tee. Mostly pull approach during batting practice with average power for his size and class. A primary infielder, Zaragoza has quick feet and a good first step that allows for good rhythm and timing through the catch. Hands are soft as they work out front, mid-line exchange is easy. Throws from a high-¾ slot with a loose arm stroke and accuracy across the diamond at 76 mph.
