With the fall season in full swing, our staff takes a look at the Top 50 Junior College prospects in the state of Texas for the 2019-2020 season. In the process of ranking the top players, it became obvious that this group is stockpiled with talented athletes and will likely have a sizable impact on this year’s MLB Draft.
