Utilizes a simple stride with lower half working linearly through the zone into a bent front knee. Rotational path with the hands with a level bat path and a line drive approach. Maintains balance well throughout the swing.
Defense: Behind the plate showed methodical footwork out of the crouch with accurate throws to the bag with pop times ranging between 2.25-2.53 at 65 mph. Receives the ball with traditional posture with knee working to the ground at catch point. Blocks with active feet and hips with good posture and recovery skills. In the outfield attacks the ball with controlled rhythm and shorter strides. Fields the ball out in front of the glove side leg with a feel for glove action and soft hands.
