The 5-foot-6, 140-pound sophomore legged out a 7.28 60-yard dash. Haas has nice form as he runs, will gain speed with more growth. Right-handed swing, easy glide into contact, flat bat through zone, hands show good speed and control. 78 mph exit velocity off of tee. Stays in front of ball with chest, glove works side to side for transfer, low side arm action in the field, 76 mph across the field. On the mound, Haas works in linear pattern, smooth on the back side, shortens on ¾ slot. Fastball was 76-77 mph, spun curveball at 61-62 with some bite, and showed 69 mph changeup.
