With the Fall signing period behind us, JD Heilmann, the director of scouting for PBR Ohio, breaks down the top recruiting classes based on in-state prospects.
First up was a two-part series, as we examined the recruiting hauls of Ohio’s Division 1 programs.
Now we are going to take a look at the recruiting classes for Ohio's Division 2 programs.
Beyond the surface, we drill down deeper into immediate impact players, sleepers in the class, and other behind the scenes information that went into a player choosing their college program.
