OUTLOOK:

Kansas Lakota is coming off a year in which they saw their fair amount of struggles. They are looking to rebound this year and place top three within their conference. If Kansas Lakota wants to meet the goals that they have set, then they are going to need players to contribute on a consistent basis. For that, the team will look to Dakota Gilbert, Casey Monroe, and Nick Watts. Watts will be looked at to lead the team on the mound. In 2013, he received 2^nd Team All-League honors as a pitcher. Gilbert will be starting behind the plate for the second consecutive year. As a freshman last year Gilbert was Honorable Mention All-League. Also, look for Casey Monroe and Madison Jaso to make some noise throughout the lineup.
