OUTLOOK:

The Cougars return 7 starters and 4 pitchers from last year's squad that ran through the 14th Region Tournament without allowing a run before suffering a first round loss to Henderson County in the State Tournament.  They will have to replace the offensive production of Jordan Short from last season, but with what the Cougars have returning, they will once again look to make a deep run and defend their 14th Region title this spring.
