OUTLOOK:  

After going .500 in 2013 Monroe returns a number of starters and is confident they will have a better 2014. Monroe has solid players and young players with talent. With a team that returns so many players chemistry shouldn't be an issue and a team playing as a unit can go a long way to helping Monroe bounce back in 2014.
