OUTLOOK:

Coming off a 24-10-1 season that saw the Rockets hang around in our Power 25 rankings for several weeks, Coach Roettger's squad lost some key players, but back for his senior season is Murray State signee Kipp Moore.  Moore will lead the Rockets from his leadoff spot in the batting order and along with fellow senior LHP Dillon Boone, will provide a good 1-2 punch on the mound.  Kyler Dugle and Zach Holmes will provide some punch in the lineup, and look for sophomore Matthew Gammon's left-handed bat to have plenty of RBI opportunities in the middle of the lineup.  Shelby County has a chance to make a deeper run in the 8th Region than the first round loss they suffered last spring.
