More than 20 players will represent the ‘Show Me’ state at this prestigious event and, per usual, this group is as talented as those that came before them. Below, in alphabetical order, you’ll learn more about the names that’ll represent Missouri at the 2023 Future Games.

TEAM PREVIEW

Jackson Akin SS / Lee's Summit West, MO / 2025

From 6/6/23: “...Akin was not only one of the top power bats in BP, but he showed he could be on time in the game as well with two doubles to the wall in the game against talented arms. Akin feels taller and broader in person than his 6-foot-2, 190-pound listing would suggest and moves well enough to stay at third base at the next level. As physical a bat in the class, Akin will don the Team Missouri jersey at LakePoint for the PBR Future Games”

Ryan Bradford CF / Seckman, MO / 2025

From 6/6/23“...Perhaps the day’s biggest winner was Bradford, who showed well in the event’s workout portion, as well as during the game. A muscled-up 5-foot-10, 175-pound athlete, Bradford started his day by running a 7.01 60-yard dash, which was one of the day’s fastest times. He hammered balls deep into the right-center gap in batting practice, averaging an event-high 298 feet per batted ball, while peaking at 343 feet, per TrackMan. His 94.2 mph max exit velocity was amongst the day’s highest marks, averaging 86.1 mph per batted ball. Bradford’s feel to hit showed in-game, as he hammered three balls with authority, including two stand-up doubles to the opposite field. He’ll begin his summer circuit with a major arrow-up next to his name and is a high-follow prospect in Missouri’s 2025 group.”

Michael Callahan OF / Lafayette , MO / 2025

From 6/20/23: “...came away from this event as arguably the day’s biggest winner after a standout showing in all facets. At 5-foot-11, 165-pounds with wiry strength and explosive twitch, Callahan ran the day’s fastest 60-yard dash, gliding to a 6.72 60-yard dash on our lasers. His speed showed in the gameplay portion of the event, as Callahan beat out two routine infield ground outs to shortstop and swiped three bags. Callahan crushed each batted ball in BP, consistently repeating hard contact off his barrel from a short and level right-handed swing through the zone. He averaged 94.1 mph per batted ball, peaking at 97.3 mph, and his average batted distance (323 ft.) as well as his peak batted distance (363 ft.) were among the event's highest marks. To add to an already impressive day, Callahan was also up to 89 mph from the outfield in his workout. Already headed into this event with some momentum after a strong spring for Lafayette, Callahan left Lindenwood last Tuesday trending upward in a major way.”

Caeden Cloud SS / Nixa , MO / 2025

From 5/17/23: “…makes his debut on these rankings within the top-15. The 6-foot-1, 175-pound up-the-middle athlete first popped up to our staff at the A’s Scout Day this winter, showcasing a loud skill-set in all areas of his game, including a 6.76 60 with a 96.8 mph peak exit velocity to pair. This spring, Cloud’s served as a true impact player for a Nixa team that’s been highly regarded by our staff throughout the season, batting in the middle of their order while starting at shortstop, too. His present tools factored in with physical upside and a certain presence to him as Cloud trending upward as his summer begins."

Jake Collier LHP / Pacific, MO / 2025

From 6/20/23: “...Known for his pitchability, Collier bumped up a few ticks in stuff and provided us our loudest look at the 5-foot-11, 175-pound southpaw to date. Collier’s firmest bullet checked in at 89.1 mph and he sat exclusively at 87-88 mph throughout with four-seam carry up in the zone. His go-to secondary is a low-spin, low-lift changeup at 78-80 mph that he throws at arm speed and slot, working best to the arm-side corner of the plate while fading slightly that way. Used sparingly, Collier turned to a laterally spun breaking ball in the low-70s as a change of pace, showing depth and arch on the pitch. He continues to solidify himself as one of the premier left-handed arms in the state.”

JD Dohrmann C / Vianney, MO / 2025

From 5/9/23: “…6-foot-1, 175-pound strong, athletic look in a uniform. One of the top prospects in the state’s sophomore class, currently slotted at No. 14 overall. Earned a key district win for the Griffins on the mound, punching out five over six scoreless innings while holding a talented opponent to just three hits. Polished mover downhill, easy operation without much effort. Fastball sat 85-87 mph with more to come and late life. Slurvy-type spin on a breaking ball at 76-78 mph, turned over a changeup at 77-80 mph. Is a high-follow prospect on the mound in the state, regardless of class."

Jadyn Furgason RHP / St. John Vianney, MO / 2025

From 4/13/23: “…strong 6-foot-1, 180-pound athlete with physical upside. Provided key relief work for the Griffins in their tight-knit win over Jackson last week. Lively fastball sat 89-93 mph, relied on it often for whiffs in the zone. Turned to a changeup at 80-82 mph as his primary off-speed, kept his opposition off balance. One of the state’s top uncommitted sophomore arms that’s been dominant in relief for Vianney all spring."

Jacob Garcia OF / Staley, MO / 2025

6-foot, 180-pound athlete with lean strength and room to add more. Has impressed our staff at Creekside multiple times this summer, pitching in the mid-to-upper-80s, touching 90 mph once, with feel to land his curveball and changeup for strikes.

Tanner Graham RHP / Columbia Hickman, MO / 2025

From 6/6/23“...We’ve always known Graham for his aptitude to pitch, and the 6-foot-1, 200-pound soon-to-be junior only solidified that sentiment last week. In his lone inning of work, Graham pounded the strike zone with three pitches, starting with a lively 86-87 mph fastball that showed both rise (20.3 IVB) and run (17.2 HM) at peak. He spun two different breaking balls; a softer, more gradually spun 69-72 mph curveball that averaged 2452 RPM and a tighter, bullet-like slider at 75-77 mph that spun at 2374 RPM on average. A simple, low-effort mover down the mound, Graham’s stuff should keep ticking up as he gets older, raising his ceiling on the mound as a result.

Jake Greer C / Liberty, MO / 2025

From 2/7/23: “…came away from Saturday’s event as arguably the day’s in-event performer for his class, and he certainly is set to rise up our rankings next update. The 6-foot, 185-pound sophomore swung a fast, aggressive right-handed bat, barreling balls up at a 90.1 mph average, with a 96.2 mph peak, and his ability to do so while consistently elevating the baseball (271 ft. average, 353 ft. max) is certainly impressive. Arguably the most impressive aspect of Greer’s workout was his defense behind the plate, as he worked on the bag with precision (1.83-1.91 pops) and arm strength (79 mph). Greer’s arm strength translated showed on the infield, where he was 87 mph across the diamond on his firmest bullet."

Leo Humbert OF / Francis Howell , MO / 2025

5/5/23: “…6-foot, 195-pound frame with clear strength throughout. Started in center field and hit in the three-hole for Howell in this look. Stayed back on a breaking ball in his first at-bat and ripped a two-strike double to the opposite field. Moves comfortably in center field, can stick there long term. Continues to prove himself as one of the top right-handed hitters in the St. Louis’ area, slashing .378/.486/.711 with 17 extra-base hits in 113 plate appearances this spring."

Nolan Jaworowski 1B / Vianney, MO / 2025

From 3/30/23: “…highly physical 6-foot-5, 220-pound athlete with equal strength inside his left-handed barrel. Came away from two events this winter as a winner after showcasing noticeably advanced raw power for his age. Doubled deep into the opposite field gap off the bench in this look, breaking the game open for Vianney. An uncommitted power threat to know in the state’s 2025 class."

Noah Johnson RHP / East Prairie, MO / 2025

Long-limbed, lanky 6-foot-4, 180-pound athlete that earned an invite to the Future Games after an impressive showing at Creekside during the Super 16. Took the mound and pitched in the upper-80s, touching 89 mph, and mixing in a low-70s curveball, too.

Mason Lee 1B / Pattonville, MO / 2025

6-foot-2, 170-pound athlete with a flat, short, and clean right-handed swing that regularly produces line drive contact in our looks. Slashed .394/.486/.521 this past spring with nine extra-base hits.

Camden Lohman RHP / Fort Zumwalt North, MO / 2025

6-foot-3, 175-pound long, lanky frame. Highly intriguing on the mound, still fully developing his movement patterns downhill while showing presently loud stuff with room for more. Has been up to 91 mph in a ‘pen setting, bumped his fastball into the upper-80s at Creekside during the Super 18.

Addison A.D. Miller SS / Home School, MO / 2025

From 6/20/23: “…Miller was a standout from Creekside at this event, showing off noticeable tools packed within a twitchy 5-foot-6, 150-pound frame. He darted to a 6.75 on our Swift lasers, reaching a peak speed of 21 mph, and he was 88 mph across the infield, too. Offensively, Miller looked to launch, working uphill throughout his round of BP. A high follow athlete in the class, Miller earned an invite to the Future Games at this event’s conclusion.

Rylan Mills C / HomeSchool , MO / 2025

Athletic 5-foot-11, 190-pound frame with present strength. Toed the rubber on the first day of the Super 16 and ran his fastball up to 91 mph, pitching in the upper-80s, and landing a sharp mid-70s for strikes on occasion. Also a formidable follow as a position player, swinging a heavy right-handed barrel with arm strength behind the dish.

Crew Norden C / Rock Bridge, MO / 2025

From 7/6/23: “…doesn’t lack size or strength on a highly physical 5-foot-11, 205-pound frame. Hit in the two-hole and started behind the plate across three looks in the KCPI. Controlled aggression at the plate with bat speed and barrel strength to pair, looks to elevate the baseball. Juiced a home run on Saturday morning. Strong arm behind the dish with natural carry through the bag. A name-to-know backstop in Missouri’s 2025 class that’ll be at the PBR Future Games with Team Missouri at the end of July.”

Carson Ramos C / Timberland , MO / 2025

From 6/20/23: “...continues to cement himself as a high-end backstop in Missouri’s 2025 class. Ramos’ glove is more than advanced for his age, working on the bag in the 1.94-to-2.02 range with an 81 mph high from the chute. His 84 mph high across the infield was tied for the day’s second firmest bullet, working out in front of the baseball with sure-handed glovework to pair. Offensively, Ramos works on top of the baseball and flat through the zone, back spinning line drives to the pull-side at his best, finding two authoritative barrels in game.”

Ethan Rogers LHP / Lone Jack, MO / 2025

From 6/13/23“...Rogers oozes upside and athleticism on the mound, toeing the rubber at 6-foot-1, 165-pounds. He’s a fluid mover with a fast arm that was up to 88 at this event, pitching at 86-87 mph with more to come. Off that fastball, Rogers spun a 76-78 mph breaking ball that flashed sharp downer spin and bend, landing it for strikes. A winner from this event, Rogers earned an invitation to the Future Games and will represent Team Missouri at LakePoint in late July.”

Eli Skidmore RHP / Francis Howell, MO / 2025

From 5/23/23: “…athletic 6-foot-1, 180-pound frame with well-proportioned strength. Punched out six over five scoreless innings of one-hit ball in a quarterfinal win for the Vikings against Fort Zumwalt North. Fastball played at 85-88 from a fast, easy high ¾ slot. Continues to show sharp swing-and-miss spin on a slider at 75-78 mph that he’s weaponized as one of the best pitches in the class. A sophomore that recently climbed in our 2025 rankings update, now at No. 21 overall, who continues to pitch at a high rate each time we see him."

Jake Thomas RHP / Staley, MO / 2025

From 6/13/23: “...Thomas’ aptitude to spin is one of the state’s best, as the 6-foot-2, 165-pound right-hander spins a true power swing-and-miss breaking ball with consistency at 74-75 mph, peaking at upwards of 2900 RPM. His fastball, which plays in the mid-80s, touching 86 mph, also spins at an advanced rate (T2500 RPM). Thomas will represent Team Missouri at the Future Games in late July.

Jackson Vaughn OF / Francis Howell, MO / 2025

From 4/25/23: “…lean, long levered 6-foot-3, 180-pound athlete with thin limbs. Owns one of the state’s most polished hit tools, totaled three hits in our look at the Columbia Tournament last week. Dropped a bunt down the third base line for an infield single, beamed a double to the opposite field wall later on in the same game. Short, simple left-handed swing that finds the barrel consistency and is starting to add more thump. Currently ranked No. 19 overall in the Missouri 2025 class."

Lucas Wietholder SS / Father Tolton Catholic, MO / 2025

From 6/20/23: “...continues to show an intriguing ceiling on both sides of the ball from a 6-foot-2, 180-pound frame. Wietholder continues to improve offensively, showing a fast right-handed swing with bat speed, quickness in a tight window, and controlled intent throughout. He worked mostly to the opposite field in this look, squaring his firmest ball up at 97 mph and breaching the 92+ mph mark multiple times throughout his round. On the infield, Wietholder’s glove continues to look the part, working around the baseball in rhythm with soft funnels out front and a quick release. He has the potential to be a middle of the order bat that sticks on the left side of the infield down the road and remains one of the top all-around prospects in the state’s 2025 class.”
