The Prep Baseball Report is extremely pleased to announce the addition of Andy Pascoe as the Michigan Scouting Director.

Pascoe, a native of Traverse City, is the former recruiting coordinator at the University of Evansville.

Well respected by his peers in the baseball community, Pascoe, along with assistant scouting director Aaron Wilson, will build on the foundation laid by previous scouting director Jake Sabol, who was recently named the head coach at Alma College.

Dave Seifert, the Midwest area scout for the Philadelphia Phillies noted, "Andy is an excellent addition to the Prep Baseball Report team. His work ethic and evaluation skills are top notch, while his ability to communicate and his professional approach will set him apart from his peers. I couldn't be happier for Andy and for PBR."

Most recently, Pascoe served as the assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at the University of Evansville. While at Evansville, he oversaw hitting and helped the Aces capture a regular season conference title in 2014.

During Pascoe’s tenure, there were seven Major League Baseball draft picks, including one Major League draft pick in the 2015 recruiting class. Over his five years at Evansville, Pascoe coached 22 All-Conference Selections and four All-Americans.
