No. 3 SLUH  12    St. Mary’s 2

No. 5 Springfield Catholic 16     Marshfield 4: The offense of Colin Shaughnessy  (three for four, three RBIs and three runs scored) combined with another stellar outing from LHP Austin Tribby led Catholic to another win. Tribby went five innings scattering five hits and striking out four, and helped himself by driving in two runs.  Isaac Gray and Brayton Balenger each had three hits and Jack Wolfe had two RBIs.

No. 6 Clever     Central 0: David Pennewell threw a complete game shutout, striking out eight batters, while Jordan Burnett and Tyler Martin led the offense. Burnett went three for four with three RBIs and Tyler Martin went two for four with two RBIs.

No. 7 Parkway South 13   Mehlville 1:  Jacob Brentz continued to have success at the plate, going two for three with a homerun, double, and driving in five runs.  Tyler Olmid had a three for four afternoon, with a homerun, double and three RBIs. Same Rugen picked up the win, scattering six hits over six innings and allowing one earned run.

No. 9 Francis Howell 3     Ft. Zumwalt West 5: Ft. Zumwalt West upset Francis Howell behind Tommy Hager’s five innings pitched of two hit ball. Anthony Baker led the West offense going two for four the three RBIs, while Colton Howell has three hits and Austn Verschoore had two.

No. 12 Vianney 5    Edwardsville 2: Kyle McGuire pitched Vinney to a 5-2 win, with a complete game three hitter, allowing one earned run.  Aaron Bossi had two hits in the game.

No. 14 Kennett 11   Ripley (TN) 1: Daniel Lockhert provided the offense for Kennett, blasting two homer runs and driving in seven in a 11-1 over Ripley HS (TN). Tyson Campbell went six innings scattering four hits.

No. 15 Francis Howell Central 6    St. Charles West 5: Ryan Howard hit a bases loaded double in the sixth inning to tie the game at 5-5, and Travis Vaught hit a game winning RBI double in the seventh, giving Central the win. Howard finished the day two for four with four RBIs. Jarrett Cruise cruised through two innings of relied to pick up the win.

No. 17 Pacific 7   Union 0: Nathan Bruns led the Pacific offense yet again, going one for four with two RBIs.  Ryan Jones and Zeth Boyer each had two hits.  Andrew David went the distance surrendering five hits and fanning five batters.

No. 18 Timberland 3    Holt 8: Josh Abegg threw a complete game four hitter for Holt, keeping the Timberland hitters off balance in the upset. Abegg struck out seven batters on the afternoon.

No. 19 MICDS 1    Clayton 1: Clayton upset MICDS behind a strong pitching performance from Nick Bax, who gave u one earned run over seven innings, with six strikeouts and giving up four hits.

No. 20 Crystal City 9   Elsberry 3: LHP Alex Winkleman threw another gem, a two hit, thirteen strikeout effort in leading Crystal City over Elsberry, Devon Tolan went three for four with a double and four RBIs.

No. 22 Poplar Bluff 1     Jackson 3

No. 25 Cooter 5    Senath 3

Lindbergh 13   Parkway Central 3: the Lindberg offense continues to put runs on the board in bunches, with a convincing 13-3  win over Parkway Central.  Jordan Harmon led the offense with a homerun, four RBIs and two runs scored.  Matt Feldt contributed with a homerun and three RBIs and Jesse Manness had a perfect three for three game with two doubles, two RBIs, and two runs scored.

Lafayette 9   Marquette 2: Matthew Goro pitched Lafayette to a 9-2 win over rival Marquette with a five hit complete game effort.

Kirkwood 8   University City 5: Griffin Goodrich struck out thirteen over six innings.

Glendale 10    Hillcrest 1: Josh Lachnit threw a complete game and struck out six. The Glendale offense was led by Josh Bunselmeyer who went four for five with three RBIs and Evan Payne, who went two for four with three RBIs.

Kickapoo 11   West Plains 5: Brodie Kern and Zach Elledge homered to lead the Kickapoo offense.

Branson 11   Republic 1: Ricky Ward set the tone for the Branson offense, going two for two with a triple, RBI and three runs scored.  Parker O’Dell and Brandon Seely each had two RBIs. Sam Perez picked up his fifth win of the season, gong six strong innings allowing four hits and striking out eight.

Ozark 8    Webb City 3: Seth Wheeler and Garrett Romines each had two RBIs and Chaz Alderson picked up the win allowing two hits over with four innings and striking out five.

Nixa 7    Willard 4: Dalton Burke threw six and a third innings of one hit ball and struck out seven to lead Nixa over Willard.  JD Payne homered for Nixa.

Perryville 5    Hillsboro 4:  Ross Moldenhaur picked up the win on the mound for Perryville

Chaffee 10   Portageville 0: Cody Payne pitches Chaffee to another win, improving their record to 15-1.

Montgomery County 14    Wellsville 3: Evan Milner went three for four with three RBI to pace the Montgomery offense. Dennis Regan went two for four with a double and two RBIs, while Cameron Parrish and Tayolr Deves each had two hits, one RBI and three runs scored.  Colt Ellis went six innings scattering four hits, three runs and struck out nine.

Truman 3   Blue Springs South 2: The late inning heroics continue for Truman, this time with Tom Ruddy hitting a walk off RBI single in the 3-2 win.
