Two more walks would load the bases and score one run and that would be followed by another bases loaded single, this time off the bat of Ty Dunkleman scoring two more. All in all the Blue Demons would score six in the inning to jump out to a 10-0 lead. They would add one more in the fourth to make the score 11-0.
