Long Island Top Prospect Schedule

We are excited to have you registered for our Long Island Top Prospect Showcase event on Monday January 16th in East Setauket at the All Pro Fieldhouse (80 Comsewogue Rd.). Parents/Players please read the following details about the day:
+ Check-in will start at 8am. Space is limited once you enter the building. We ask that parents go upstairs to help with the flow.+ At check-in you will receive your event T-shirt to wear with a pre-assigned number and you will have your head shot taken for the website. Once complete find an area to put your gear (the bench areas off the field) and wait on main field.
+ Event will start at 9am. We hope to have check in complete by 8:45am so that Frank Dolan of Sports and Fitness Performance (Islip, NY) will be able to put the group through an active warmup.
+ After warmup we will split into groups for our offensive rotation. We will rotate station-to-station as a group.
+ Defensive workouts will follow. We will then throw at this point as there is no need to do it right away. Once your position is finished (except for catchers) and you don't pitch, you are free to leave.
+ PITCHER ONLY Check in will be a 10:45am. You will throw first once we begin bullpens followed by "dual" position players that pitch. Once you pitch, you may leave.
