As the calendar quickly turns and teams begin to ramp up for their season's to begin in early March, we begin our coverage of the Maryland JUCO Conference with a preseason preview of all fourteen schools. In each preview, we will examine key players that return and those that have moved on or left the program, look at new faces, and finally take a sneak peak at what's ahead for the 2022 season. Today we continue our preseason previews with a look at the Anne Arundel Riverhawks.

2022 Season Preview From Coach Hoffner

"We will try and use our February games to get ready for conference play starting in March. We had a really solid fall where we were able to practice a lot and play 17 games to get a good look at our newcomers and prepare for this spring. We have a deep pitching staff and have a number of guys we are counting on to give us quality innings. We should be improved both offensively and defensively from a season ago as a number of guys had strong fall seasons both at the plate and in the field."
