March is finally here and baseball tryouts have officially hit the ground running for Public Schools across the Old Line State. This year, we have decided to keep the same format as last year as we will keep two separate rankings throughout the Spring season. All Maryland Private schools will be considered in this year's weekly PBR Maryland Private Schools Top 10 rankings while only Public schools will be considered in our traditional PBR Maryland Public Schools Power 25. An update to these rankings will be released every Monday throughout the season.

Season Snapshot

The Patriots bring back the bulk of their starting lineup and look to their three upperclassman arms in Jackson Brunner, Ryan Kunst and Liam Miller to solidify the rotation. Seniors Rob Carpenter (Rochester Institute of Technology), James Walsh (Coast Guard), Brady Weiss, Jack Mehler and Juniors Reece Emery and Josh Erd will bring consistency both in the field and at the dish. An experienced team on both sides of the ball bodes well for the Patriots, navigating through a tough Montgomery County Conference.
