March is finally here and baseball tryouts have officially hit the ground running for Public Schools across the Old Line State. This year, we have decided to keep the same format as last year as we will keep two separate rankings throughout the Spring season. All Maryland Private schools will be considered in this year's weekly PBR Maryland Private Schools Top 10 rankings while only Public schools will be considered in our traditional PBR Maryland Public Schools Power 25. An update to these rankings will be released every Monday throughout the season.

Season Snapshot
The Coyotes will look to some of their younger players this year as the loss of RHP Sam Batis (Coppin State) and Morgan Bragg brings opportunities on both sides of the ball for voids to be filled. Senior righty Daerek Sawyer (Stevenson) looks to lead the pitching staff with Junior righty Oliver Martin behind him as a nice one-two punch for the Coyotes. Offensively, Martin and Sophomore middle infielder James Batis will bring the thump throughout the lineup, with younger players competing to fill spots.
