With 2020 now in the past, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best 2021 high school coverage that can be found anywhere. 2021 Spring Team Preview: Massillon Washington Tigers

2019 Record: 14-13
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 5/3

2021 Team Strengths:

  • Leadership (strong senior group)
  • Contact Hitting/Bunting

Coach Outlook: "We have a very solid group of seniors that have been playing baseball together since they were kids. This is a special group of young men that enhance everything that we are doing in our program. They embrace the younger players and have been doing a tremendous job teaching them our culture through their actions as well as providing encouragement over the off-season. Many of our seniors logged a lot of innings as sophomores in the 2019 season and that will be important for us as we prepare for 2021. A few of these seniors include our right fielder Beau Balizet, first basemen Zach Catrone, Catcher Luke Sabo, Center Fielder Jaylen Leedy, and third basemen Caden Pachis. We have several other seniors that we feel could impact the lineup as well. With a talented underclassmen group to mix with these guys we are very optimistic about the 2021 season. Go Tigers!"
