Nebraska Elite 50 Preview

On Sunday, May 20th, Prep Baseball Report Nebraska will be hosting the first annual Nebraska Elite 50. This event is an invite only event of the top committed and uncommitted prospects in state for the 2019, 2020 & 2021 classes. Schedule for the event is posted below along with a look into each teams rosters.

10:30am - Event Start
10:30am-10:45am - 60-YARD DASH
10:45-11:30am - OFFENSIVE EVALUATIONS
11:30-12:15pm - DEFENSIVE EVALUATIONS
12:30pm - Extended Game (12-14 innings)

TEAM 2019

The 2019 class is highlighted by five prospects that have already verbally committed to play at the next level, including OF/LHP Sayer Deiderich ( Nebraska), RHP Sam Wibbels (Kentucky), C James Valdivia ( Arizona State), LHP Reilly Kirkpatrick (USC-Upstate), and OF Cole Evans (Creighton). The 2019 team is filled with prospects with Division 1 offers ready to separate themselves from the pack in the 2019 class.

TEAM 2020 & 2021

The 2020 & 2021 classes have received a lot of hype early in the state due to the recruiting cycle for baseball speeding up and commitments made as early as their freshman year. The 2020 class has emerged with some projectable bats that have put up impressive numbers competing at the varsity level. This team should be fun to watch at the plate as they compete against some of the top arms in the 2019 class.
