Perfect Game Tossed by Milford's Beslock

Milford head Coach John Rogatski had a project on his hands.  As it turns out, the project, Derek Beslock, was worth investing in.  

In his first ever varsity baseball game, Beslock threw a complete game against the River Rats of Ann Arbor Huron High School.  Despite only striking out one hitter during the game, Beslock sat down twenty-one hitters in a row. The defense proved to be stellar while third baseman Chris Orr stabbed a rocket down the line and threw over to first.  Outside of that, the River Rats were never able to get it going offensively.

It will be exciting to watch if Beslock and the rest of the Milford team can carry this start into the rest of the year.
