Report: You notice Budynski right away with his 6-foot-5, 190-pound frame with long legs and arms as soon as he gets off the bus. The right-hander has pretty good feel for his body on the mound and does a good job of repeating his delivery. The arm action is smooth and clean in the back while there is arm speed to work with and does a good job of using his height to create angles and get on top of the ball. There is feel to spin the baseball and has a starters mix to work with. The body and actions project well with Budynski and he has a chance to be a fast mover in the 2022 class here in BC.
