Shepherd another uncommitted prospect in the 2022 class that showed well at the DFW Fall Prospect I.D. Looks the part with an athletic 6-foot-5, 210-pound frame that possess easy natural athleticism. 7.05 runner in the 60 Yard Dash. Defensively, has fluid footwork and clean exchanges with a strong arm at 88 mph. During BP made loud contact driving balls from gap-to-gap, and flashed some pull-side power with a max exit velocity of 88.64 mph. An athletic player that will only continue to get better with time and experience on the diamond.
