No. 5 James Madison at Langley
The Warhawks enter their last week of Conference play as they travel to take on the Saxons. James Madison won the first meeting between these two, 3-1, and Langley has shown the ability to keep games close throughout the spring.

Indian River at No. 7 Hickory
This is the second meeting between the Atlantic Conference rivals, with Hickory having won the first game, 3-1. The Hawks have scored 58 runs in their last four games, but the Braves have proven all season that they can control opposing offenses, only allowing more than three runs two times so far this spring.

No. 9 Battlefield at Stonewall Jackson (Manassas)
The Bobcats look to remain undefeated in Cedar Run Conference play as they travel to take on a struggling Raider team this evening in what will likely be a start for Keegan McGinnis (Virginia Tech).

Matoaca at No. 10 Prince George
The Royals look to remain undefeated and have already picked up a win over Matoaca in early April, 9-2.

No. 13 Kettle Run at Liberty (Bealeton)
The Cougars go on the road as they look to extend their win streak against Fauquier County and Conference 22 rival Liberty. Kettle Run’s winning streak is up to eleven games after a shutout win over a good James River (Midlothian) team on Saturday. The Cougars won the first meeting between these two, 9-2.

No. 14 George C. Marshall at No. 15 Briar Woods
The game of the night is a non-conference game between two of the best teams in the 5A North. This game is a potential preview of a game that could take place deep in that tournament with a State Tournament berth on the line. Briar Woods has swept its first trip through a strong Conference 14, and Marshall is also undefeated at 9-0 in Capitol Conference 13.

Stone Bridge at No. 16 Potomac Falls
A key Conference 14 matchup sees the defending 5A State Champions travel to Potomac Falls. Stone Bridge is 2-2 after its first trip through Conference play and the Panthers are 3-2 so far. Stone Bridge won the first meeting between these two, 6-2, and this game is important as one of these two teams or Tuscarora look to emerge and challenge Briar Woods for the Conference Championship.

John Marshall at No. 17 Glen Allen
Glen Allen comes into the game off of a shutout loss to Mills Godwin last week. The Jaguars have been carried by their offense most of the spring as the look to get their bats going again in this non-conference game.

No. 18 Millbrook at James Wood
The Pioneers have been carried all spring by a dominant pitching staff and athletic defense, both of which were on display in the earlier meeting between these two, which Millbrook won, 7-2.

No. 20 Chantilly at Oakton
A big matchup between long-time Concorde Conference rivals has a different taste than usual. Chantilly has jumped out to a big lead in conference play with an undefeated record so far. Oakton has a young team built around the bat of Joe Rizzo (South Carolina) that has shown moments of brilliance this spring but has struggled with consistency. Chantilly won the first meeting between these two, 2-0, and expect another close affair tonight as the Chargers will likely start senior Forrest Wagner (Roanoke) and Oakton will likely go with emerging ace, junior Owen Lamon, who shut out Herndon last Tuesday.

No. 22 Highland School at Miller School
The second game of the day pits two of the most talented teams in VISAA Division II against each other in Charlottesville. Highland has been on a tear lately, winning its last six games by a combined score of 74-6. Look for the Hawks to start talented junior Josh Pittman, who has emerged as their top option on the mound this spring. Miller School has some very good wins and is very tough to beat when senior Connor Gillispie (VCU) is on the mound. Gillispie beat Covenant School 1-0 on Thursday, and should be available today.
