Who all did you consider before choosing Olney Central College?

I considered Ohio University, Eastern Michigan, Indiana State, Lincoln Trail, Sinclair CC and Evansville

Why did you choose Olney JC?

Bryce Labhart, the assistant, gave me some good information about Olney and the town there.

Who recruited you, and who did you talk to the most from Olney?

Coach (Dennis) Conley called me and I talked to him quite a bit.

What did they like most about you?

They liked how I aggressive I was and the way I played. They liked how I could play anywhere and that they could use me to pitch. They also liked how I approach academics.

hancockpWhat are Coach Dennis Conley's plans for you once you get on campus?

Once I get on campus, Coach Conley will play me as a two-way player, middle infield and pitcher, and help the team out both on and off the field. I told him I had a dream that I wanted to accomplish just like my brother (Justin Hancock, who is in the San Diego Padres organization) did and Coach Conley told me that he could help get it done.

Anything else you would like to add?

Prep Baseball Report helped get my name out and have some colleges see me along the process and I wanted to thank PBR for the opportunity they gave me as well as all the other high school athletes. PBR does a fantastic job promoting the athletes and helping them achieve their dreams of becoming a college baseball player. I have nothing but good things to say about PBR. Thank you Chris Valentine and Dylan Hefflinger for all you do!
