With the 2018 spring season right around the corner, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage throughout the entire state. Starting mid-January, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2018 Spring Team Preview: Richmond Edison Wildcats

Coach Outlook: " We return our #1/3/5 pitchers from last year. We need to replace 2 OF positions and our Middle infield. We return 4 players that hit (#4/7/8/9) in the order from last year. We have capable replacements but they lack varsity experience.”

PBR Outlook: The Wildcats and coach Mike Collopy move from Division II to Division III in 2018 and have a solid squad, which should get better as the season moves on and be a team to watch come tournament time. When Tristan Haught is on the hill, they have a good chance to beat anyone.
