Parkland, Fl --- Carson King is a 2018 right handed pitcher from Estero HS in Bonita Springs, Florida that showed very well at the South Florida Underclass Showcase last weekend at Stoneman Douglas HS. 

The  6-foot-1, 160 pound righthander has a tall loose lean athletic projectable body. Very athletic looking pitchers body. Fastball was downhill at 80-82 mph. Good rhythm in delivery with some deception. Stays tall over rubber. Loose easy working arm at a high ¾ arm slot. Ball comes out of his hand easy. Short in back. Hides ball. Quick arm. Curveball is a short tight cutter at 70-71 mph. Changeup is 73-74 mph with cut action and good arm speed. Repeats delivery. Throws strikes. Very projectable, athletic young arm. Carson will begin to attract a lot of attention from college coaches as his body starts to physically mature. Will be fun to watch.
