North Florida Open Showcase: Top Statistical Performers

The North Florida Open Showcase took place this past weekend on Saturday, November 14th at Florida State College of Jacksonville. This event featured players from the 2016 class down to the 2019 class, even though freshmen and sophomores made up the majority of the players. There were a few players who stood out at this showcase who definitely have the ability to play at the next level.
2016 OF Ryan Brooks possesses a physical frame and showed good bat speed and raw power in batting practice, 2017 SS/2B Matthew Cuthrell showed smooth actions in the infield and drove the ball well in batting practice, 2018 C/1B Noah Collins threw a 2.07 down to second with very accurate throws and swung the bat well, 2019 OF/LHP Jud Fabian showed off a strong arm from the outfield, consistently drove the ball deep to both gaps and threw well off the mound, and 2019 C/OF Bryce Boone showed off a plus arm from behind the plate and the ball jumped off his bat.
