2017 TEAM PREVIEW: Evansville Central Bears

Conference (2016 Record):  8-6 - SIAC

• Max Brown, P, 2017
• Dalton Peerman, SS, 2017 

Outlook:  Evansville Central brings back several key players including Max Brown (Franklin), Evan Kahre (Olney Central), Jimmy Chitwood, and Jamir Simpson (#3 ranked 2019 prospect).  Corey  Bosecker, a 2019 LHP, also has potential on the mound in the near future for Central.  The Bears finished 2016 with a 18-11 record and look to build upon their success this spring.  Coach Goedde has a solid foundation of skill around the field and should compete for a SIAC title along with a playoff run.
