Season Outlook

The 2019 Lansing Lions finished the season 14-6 and ranked #7 in Class 5A before losing to eventual State Champ Topeka Seaman in the regional championship game. They return a good core of that team that includes five starters and ten letterman including; Senior Tyler Akin, Senior Max Romine, Senior Brett Zimmerman, Junior Peyton Basler, Junior Cameron Ernzen, Junior Jack Knutson, Junior Jaden Vanek, Junior Samuel Yancey, Junior Ben Stonestreet, Sophomore Bryce Turner. The Lions' program has made good strides over the last couple of years and the upperclassmen have been a big part of that growth/development and  are ready for another potential successful season in 2020.
