"My name is Harvey Martin I am the creator of the Diamond Series and the Co-Founder of The MindStrong Project with David Fischer. This month we want to talk briefly on the benefits of in game awareness. Self-Awareness is conscious knowledge of one’s own character, feelings, motives and desires.
