The PBR Virginia/DC uncommitted player spotlights looks at players still available in all classes. Now in November, we continue our focus on the uncommitted talent available in the 2017 class. There is still plenty of talent available in the state of Virginia available to help a program. Here is the latest addition to the uncommitted player spotlights.
